  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

  2. Separate meat from juice.
  3. Place meat into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Mix in vegetables with the meat.
  5. Pour juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider using a Boneless Beef Chuck Pot Roast instead of the beef roast. You can substitute the cream of mushroom soup with a homemade version or use a different cream soup. If you prefer a thicker filling, add a bit more flour to the beef juice mixture. Don't forget to season well with pepper for added taste.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the beef pot pie with a side of green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. It pairs beautifully with Cheesy Beef Boats for a fun twist. For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of fresh herbs like parsley or thyme on top before serving.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through, about 20-25 minutes. Alternatively, you can reheat in the microwave, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating.
