- Pound chicken breasts until flat.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken.
- Roll up the chicken with the fillings inside.
- Secure the roll with toothpicks and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Roll the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and coat with Italian seasoned bread crumbs.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with melted butter and honey.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
