Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 2 lb. lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 1 jar green salsa (16 oz.)
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • flour tortillas
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a crock-pot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  3. If gravy is too thin, thicken with cornstarch and water.
  4. Serve with flour tortillas and grated Cheddar cheese.
