Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean beef, cubed
  • 1 or 2 pork chops, cubed
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 2 c. onion, diced
  • 1 medium can mushrooms
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown all meats in olive oil or other light oil.
  2. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
  3. Serve over rice or noodles.
