- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant onion, cream of celery, mushroom, and cream of chicken soups.
- Add the softened butter, sage, and poultry seasoning to the mixture and stir well.
- Mix in the cornbread, eggs, and bread crumbs until evenly combined.
- If using all cornbread, substitute 4 cups of cornbread for the 2 cups called for.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
