Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp instant onion
  • 1 cup cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups cornbread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant onion, cream of celery, mushroom, and cream of chicken soups.
  3. Add the softened butter, sage, and poultry seasoning to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Mix in the cornbread, eggs, and bread crumbs until evenly combined.
  5. If using all cornbread, substitute 4 cups of cornbread for the 2 cups called for.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
