Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can small whole onions
  • 1 can mushroom pieces
  • 2 cups cut up cooked chicken
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together the frozen peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, small whole onions, mushroom pieces, and cooked chicken in a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle crushed potato chips evenly over the top of the mixture.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
