Ingredients

  • 4 cups torn iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
  • 7 oz can tuna water packed drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cup sliced processed American cheese cut in strips
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Blend 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise or salad dressing with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  3. Add the dressing to the tuna mixture and toss lightly.
