Easy Lasagne(Microwave)
A quick and hearty microwave lasagne with rich meat sauce, creamy cheese layers, and melted mozzarella, perfect for busy weeknights or comforting family dinners.

- In a large glass bowl, crumble the ground beef.
- Microwave at High for 3 to 6 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. Stir once and drain excess fat.
- Stir in the spaghetti sauce and water.
- In a separate bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, egg, and black pepper.
- In an oblong dish, spoon 1/2 cup of the sauce to cover the bottom.
- Layer uncooked lasagne noodles, then spread a layer of the cheese mixture, add sliced mozzarella, and repeat layers with sauce, noodles, cheese, and mozzarella, ending with sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at High for 8 minutes.
- Continue cooking at Medium-low for 30 minutes or until the noodles are fork tender.
