Ingredients

  • 6 center-cut pork chops
  • 4 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 package chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Bread pork chops, shaking off excess crumbs.
  2. Place in a heated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.
  3. In a measuring cup, blend chicken broth, lemon juice, parsley, and pepper.
  4. When chops are done, scrape the pan and add the blended mixture.
  5. Slice lemons and place over each chop.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
  7. Cover pan and cook on low heat until sauce thickens and turns brown.
