Easy Omelet
A hearty, cheesy omelet bake loaded with ham, onions, peppers, and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings with rich flavors and satisfying texture.

- Brown onions, green peppers, and diced ham, bacon, or sausage in a pan with margarine.
- If using sausage, do not add margarine.
- Cook bacon separately; drain excess fat if using bacon.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Add Bisquick to the beaten eggs and beat until well combined.
- Pour in milk and seasonings (pepper, salt, parsley flakes, garlic powder); mix well.
- Pour the browned ingredients into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top of the ingredients and cheese.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40 minutes until the center is set.
