A hearty, cheesy omelet bake loaded with ham, onions, peppers, and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings with rich flavors and satisfying texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham, bacon or sausage
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced green pepper
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown onions, green peppers, and diced ham, bacon, or sausage in a pan with margarine.
  2. If using sausage, do not add margarine.
  3. Cook bacon separately; drain excess fat if using bacon.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Add Bisquick to the beaten eggs and beat until well combined.
  6. Pour in milk and seasonings (pepper, salt, parsley flakes, garlic powder); mix well.
  7. Pour the browned ingredients into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the ingredients and cheese.
  9. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40 minutes until the center is set.
