Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked shrimp
  • 1 c. flaked crab or mock crab
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
  • 1 c. green peas
  • 1/2 c. light Thousand Island dressing or lite Ranch
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked shrimp, flaked crab or mock crab, chopped pimiento, chopped celery, and green peas in a serving bowl.
  2. In a shaker container, mix light Thousand Island dressing or lite Ranch, lemon juice, pepper, marjoram, and plain nonfat yogurt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the seafood and vegetables.
  4. Toss gently to combine and serve.
