Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg and milk together.
