Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in olive oil with chopped onions, diced garlic, Italian seasoning, and bay leaves.
  2. When done, remove from heat, discard bay leaves, and let cool slightly.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to beef mixture along with evaporated milk, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Mix well until combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  7. Top with Velveeta cheese slices.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
