Edwinna'S Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 2 pkg. marshmallows ⓘ
- 1/2 pt. condensed milk ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped dates ⓘ
- 1 c. raisins ⓘ
- 1/4 c. chopped figs ⓘ
- 3/4 c. candied cherries ⓘ
- 2 tsp. shredded orange peel ⓘ
- 1 lb. graham crackers ⓘ
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle juice or wine ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. currants
- 1/2 c. candied pineapple ⓘ
- 1/4 c. chopped citrus
Instructions
- Crumble crackers.
- Cut marshmallows into fine pieces.
- Whip cream and add it to the marshmallows and pickle juice or wine. Wash raisins and currants and pour boiling water over them; set aside to soak.
