Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 4 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 c. diced Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Mix the chopped eggs with salad dressing, chopped sweet pickles, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, chopped pimento, and diced Swiss cheese.
  3. Scoop out the centers of the tomatoes and fill them with the egg mixture.
  4. Arrange the stuffed tomatoes on a serving plate and chill until ready to serve.
