Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 pork chops

Instructions

  1. Combine brown sugar, cider vinegar, spicy brown mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to make the sugar mixture.
  2. Brush each pork chop generously with the sugar mixture.
  3. Preheat the grill and cook the pork chops about 4 inches from the heat source.
  4. Baste the pork chops occasionally with the remaining sugar mixture while grilling.
  5. Cook until the pork chops are done and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
