Egg-Ham Casserole

- Cook the diced ham in butter until lightly browned.
- Add the slightly beaten eggs and scramble with the ham.
- Pour the egg and ham mixture into a greased 14 x 18-inch Pyrex pan.
- Make a white sauce by cooking flour, butter, and milk together.
- Add cheese, salt, and pepper to the white sauce and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Pour the white sauce over the eggs and ham in the casserole.
- Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top and add a dash of paprika.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
