Ingredients

  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tomato
  • garlic
  • 2 to 3 artichokes

Instructions

  2. Saute the eggplant chunks in oil with chopped green onions, diced tomato, and garlic until tender.
  3. Steam the artichokes until done.
