- Drain the sausage and line the bottom of a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, pressing perforations to seal.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage and grated mozzarella cheese over the crescent rolls.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce; beat well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese in the baking dish.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
- Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut into squares and serve immediately.
