Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops (1/2 to 1-inch thick)
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper; brown in a skillet.
