- Thoroughly mix ground cooked ham, ground fresh pork, evaporated milk, raisin bran flakes, egg, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Shape the mixture into 8 to 10 balls, using about 1/4 cup of mixture for each.
- Place the balls in an 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking pan.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, vinegar, and dry mustard; bring to a boil.
- Pour the glaze over the ham balls and bake for an additional 20 minutes, basting once or twice with the sauce.
