Ingredients

  • 2 c. seasoned croutons
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped green onions
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine croutons and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  2. Spread the mixture in a buttered 9-inch square pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard, chopped green onions, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the croutons and cheese in the pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes until set and golden.
