- Mix the taco seasoning with one package of sour cream and set aside.
- Mash the avocados and add the remaining sour cream; set aside.
- Shred the Colby cheese and set aside.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer refried beans, picante sauce, the taco seasoning mixture, the avocado and sour cream mixture, diced tomatoes, diced onion, black olives, and shredded cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
