Ingredients

  • 1 can Frito bean dip
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 1 tomato
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread bean dip evenly on a platter.
  2. Peel and mash the avocado, then mix with sour cream.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture over the bean dip.
  4. Drain and layer chopped green chilies on top.
  5. Chop and layer the onion.
  6. Chop and layer the black olives.
  7. Dice and layer the tomato.
  8. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
