Ingredients

  • lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • bell pepper, chopped
  • green onions, chopped
  • cucumbers, chopped
  • radishes, chopped
  • 1 medium size bag of Fritos
  • 1 can of Ranch Style beans, washed and drained
  • 8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook and brown the meat, then drain well and set aside to cool.
  2. Chop and toss greens including lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions, cucumbers, and radishes.
  3. Add the drained beans, grated cheese, and Fritos to the greens.
  4. Just before serving, add the cooked meat and dressing.
