Ingredients

  • 1 pint sliced carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 or 2 sweet red peppers
  • 3 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup tender green beans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Chop all peppers.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  3. Cook slowly until vegetables are tender, but not soft.
  4. Hot pack into hot jars and seal.
