Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream and cream of celery soup and pour over the casserole.
  2. Melt margarine and combine with Ritz crackers to make the topping.
  3. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
