  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350°F until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
