Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, chopped onion, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Shape into a loaf and bake in a pan until just about done.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over the loaf and pour mushroom soup over the top.
  4. Continue to bake at 350°F until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is melted, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
