Instructions
- Roast the pita bread, then cube it and set aside.
- Wash all vegetables. Break the parsley and mint leaves off their stems.
- Slice the carrots and cucumbers.
- Cut the tomatoes into chunks.
- Tear the lettuce into pieces and chop the green onions.
- Mix all the prepared vegetables and herbs together in a large bowl.
- Add lemon juice (optional), olive oil, salt, sumaq (if available), and garlic (optional).
- Add the roasted bread 15 minutes before serving.
- Mix everything well before serving.
