Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon, diced, cooked and drained
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package dry taco seasoning mix
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 10 medium sliced, pitted ripe olives
  • 3 to 4 cups shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto a 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Layer shredded lettuce, cooked bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced olives on top, mounding towards the center.
  4. Serve with corn chips for dipping.
