Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. finely crushed crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 oz. shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix well.
  2. Make patties and brown on both sides. Pour condensed mushroom soup over meat; add kidney beans and green pepper.
  3. Cook 10 minutes on low and add shredded cheese.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
