Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon sweet corn
  • 4 slices low-salt bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup chunk cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon meal

Instructions

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Beat eggs in a separate small bowl and add milk.
  3. Combine the beaten eggs and milk, then beat well.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the center of the flour mixture.
  5. Add corn, chopped onions, and cooked bacon; mix well.
  6. If the batter seems too stiff to spread easily, add the corn juice to loosen it.
