Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, chopped onion, celery seed, flour, and egg; form into meatballs.
  2. In a 2-quart pot, melt cranberry sauce and blend in salsa.
  3. Bring the sauce to a boil, then drop in the meatballs.
  4. Continue cooking until all meatballs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked rice.
