Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables in unsalted water following package directions.
  2. Drain the cooked vegetables.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion.
  4. Combine oil, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and sugar; mix well to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour before serving, stirring often.
