Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 c. sliced onion
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 lb. flounder fillets
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a skillet and stir in dill weed.
  2. Layer thinly sliced potatoes, sliced onions, and frozen green beans in the skillet.
  3. Place the flounder fillets on top of the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle with water, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dot with the remaining margarine.
  6. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
