Ingredients

  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can bean sprouts, undrained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 large can chow mein noodles
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Place oil in skillet, add onion, saute for five minutes, add ground beef.
  2. When meat is brown, combine with all other ingredients, pour into a large baking dish.
  3. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
  4. Top with chow mein noodles, bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
