Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can limas
  • 16 oz. can butter beans
  • 16 oz. can kidney beans
  • 16 oz. can pinto beans
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3/4 pound bacon
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large onions

Instructions

  1. Combine all beans (lima, butter, kidney, and pinto) in the crock-pot or a baking dish.
  2. Add vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, fried and crumbled bacon, and fried onions to the beans.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cook on low in a crock-pot for 4 hours or bake at 325°F in the oven for about 2 hours until heated through and flavors meld.
