Instructions
- Place all ingredients except paprika and green pepper in food processor or large bowl of electric mixer.
- Process until well combined.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours for ease in shaping and to allow flavors to blend.
- Shape into a pumpkin and sprinkle with paprika.
- Use a piece of green pepper for the stem.
- Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving with assorted crackers.
