Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 large box chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix 1 cup flour, 1 stick margarine, and 1 cup chopped pecans and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes and let cool.
  4. Blend 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip for layer two and pour over cooled crust.
  5. Mix 1 large box chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk for layer three and spread over layer two.
  6. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans for layer four.
