Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider substituting turkey or vegan frankfurters for a healthier twist. You can also use low-sodium tomato soup and broth to reduce sodium content. Adding a pinch of garlic powder or Italian seasoning can elevate the dish. If you prefer more texture, try adding vegetables like peas or corn to the mix.

Serving Suggestions

This dish pairs wonderfully with a side of steamed broccoli or a crisp green salad dressed with Low-Fat Salad Dressing. For a heartier meal, serve with crusty bread or garlic toast. You can also sprinkle some grated cheese on top for an extra indulgent touch.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the mixture in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through. You can also microwave it in a covered dish for quick reheating, adding a splash of water if it appears dry.
