Ingredients

  • 2 boxes raisins (red, dark)
  • 2 large candied cherries
  • 1 large bag flaked coconut
  • 2 packages graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 large box dates
  • 1 can Pet milk
  • 2 pounds English walnuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the miniature marshmallows in the Pet milk over low heat until smooth.
  2. Mix raisins, drained crushed pineapple, crushed graham crackers, candied cherries, shredded coconut, and English walnuts in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the combined ingredients and mix well.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a greased Bundt pan to shape.
  5. Freeze the cake for 30 days.
  6. Let thaw in the refrigerator for 2 days before serving.
