Ingredients

  • 2 cans French onion soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup French onion soup with ground round, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into 6 oval patties.
  3. In a frypan, brown the patties over medium heat.
  4. Drain off the fat from the pan.
  5. Remove the patties from the pan and set aside.
