Ingredients
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast ⓘ
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour ⓘ
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour ⓘ
- 3/4 cup oat bran
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons honey ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary ⓘ
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt ⓘ
- 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten ⓘ
- 1 1/8 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) ⓘ
Instructions
- Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Oat/French or White Bread cycle and the Light setting for the crust. Start.
