Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 lb. Hillshire Farms kielbasa
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In butter, stir-fry chopped onion, green pepper, sliced mushrooms, garlic powder, and oregano until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add bite-sized kielbasa slices and cook until heated through.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  4. Serve over buttered pasta with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
