Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 pt. strawberries
  • 1 can pineapple rings
  • 1 large bunch seedless grapes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour two 12-inch pizza pans.
  3. Combine half of the dry cake mix, water, eggs, butter, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
  4. Blend in the remaining cake mix.
  5. Fold in chopped pecans.
  6. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes and allow to cool.
  8. Spread Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture on both cooled pizzas.
  9. Arrange strawberries on the outer edge, followed by pineapple wedges, grapes, banana slices, and a whole strawberry in the center.
  10. Brush the arranged fruit with apricot glaze and refrigerate until serving.
