- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour two 12-inch pizza pans.
- Combine half of the dry cake mix, water, eggs, butter, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
- Blend in the remaining cake mix.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.
- Bake for 12 minutes and allow to cool.
- Spread Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture on both cooled pizzas.
- Arrange strawberries on the outer edge, followed by pineapple wedges, grapes, banana slices, and a whole strawberry in the center.
- Brush the arranged fruit with apricot glaze and refrigerate until serving.
