Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tsp. allspice or pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (No. 303) can pumpkin
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar and oil. Mix well.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add pumpkin and chopped nuts; fold into the batter.
  4. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
