- In a bowl, beat together honey, brown sugar, vanilla, oil, and egg until well blended.
- Fold in undrained crushed pineapple, whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup oats, raisins, and chopped nuts.
- Turn the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining oats over the top.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the center is just firm.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
