Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup French-fried onions

Instructions

  1. Place rice in a large bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add red bell pepper, carrot, and celery; cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes. Add seasoned rice and water; cook until rice is heated through, about 5 minutes. Add French-fried onions; toss to combine.
