Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth, chilled
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small chili pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber with peeling, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • dash of red pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into blender container.
  2. Cover and process vegetables until coarsely chopped.
  3. Chill thoroughly before serving.
